Everything Must Go!
I get by with a little help from my friends
I don’t know how many people read my stuff or even care. All I can do is put my heart and soul into the work (Check) and release it into cyberspace. It does seem as though I’m screeching into a digital abyss sometimes. I have not as yet cracked the Substack code.
But I am too stubborn to quit! (This is the only reason I’ve been an artist for 40 years.)
I must also be a little nuts.
I truly value and appreciate you good people who DO comment and click on the little heart. It fills my big heart and keeps me going. So thank you, thank you, thank you!
I have spent decades creating work, pro-bono, for many brave and brilliant activists, writers and researchers. I am happy to help like-minded people who boldly challenge prevailing narratives with this old thing called the truth. They pay a big price for their work and I will always have their backs.
Now comes my pitch. I started a store on Shopify where collectors can buy my art in one-stop-shopping for the first time ever. Many artists work increases in value after they die, so buying my stuff might be a good investment. Sadly, I won’t be around to see it. I’m 62, so you might have to wait a bit longer, but who knows?
All of my works are labors of love, but as Keith Richards said, referring to the Beatles’ song “All you Need is Love” …”Yeah, try paying the rent with that.”
Peace and gratitude.
Your pal.
Anthony

I've asked folks to check out your compelling work for over a decade, I just don't much romp with folks materially comfy enough to help you build your resources. Missed your work much since leaving the Fakebook a few years back. I'll be wishing what you need finds you. xo
I hear you, Anthony! As a fellow artist and writer (non-AI-generated) the lure of paid subscriptions for writing has turned out to be a bit of a bust, but like you, I appreciate the commenters who add so much to the experience on the platform. Good luck with your shop! 💰
