I had the honor of meeting and listening to former U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki Moon speak at a sold-out and star-studded screening of the charming, personal and historic film about his life, “The Quiet Diplomat”, last night in New York.
The director, Charlie Lyons, asked me to create a one-sheet poster and some secondary images for the documentary.
Ban Ki was born one year before the formation of the United Nations in Korea and credits the UN with saving his life, and his country.
UN peacekeepers came into war torn Korea when he was six years old and stopped North Korean forces from further destroying South Korea. A young BKM decided to dedicate his life to peace at that moment.
He was chosen to meet then president John F. Kennedy in 1962 when Ban Ki was in high school.
He later went on to become the 8th Secretary General of the United Nations and was known for his “quiet” but forceful diplomacy.
Some of my favorite poster design concepts:

A touching moment with his wife.
Kudos to Charlie Lyons for making this important and compelling documentary.
Your posters are beautiful!
From a time before the UN was totally corrupted by the WEF and the technocrat billionaire globalist pursuit of the genocidal total slavery agenda.
Bless you for what you do!
